Who this is for

The Agent Profile is a directory and website builder for licensed real estate, insurance, and travel agents in the United States. By creating a profile, you confirm that the license information you submit is accurate and belongs to you.

Free and Pro plans

A basic profile is free, with no expiration date. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription that unlocks a customizable site (theme, featured listings, testimonials, gallery) and removes the "Powered by The Agent Profile" badge. We may change plan features or pricing with notice; existing subscribers keep the terms of their current billing cycle.

No referral fees

We do not charge a commission or referral fee on leads or business generated through a profile. Leads submitted through a profile go directly to the agent that profile belongs to.

License verification

We check submitted license numbers against public state licensing records where available and display a verification status on profiles. Verification reflects a match against public records at the time of the check — it is not a guarantee of an agent's current standing, and we are not liable for decisions made based on it.

Acceptable use

Profiles must belong to a real, licensed individual and must not impersonate another person or business, misrepresent license status, or be used to collect leads for unrelated or unlawful purposes. We may suspend or remove a profile that violates these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you upload to your profile (bio, photos, listings, testimonials). By publishing it, you grant us the right to display it on your profile page and in directory listings on the site.

Disclaimer

The Agent Profile is not a real estate brokerage, insurance agency, or travel agency, and does not participate in transactions between agents and their clients. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
