What we collect
When an agent creates a profile, we collect the information they submit directly: name, license number, license state, contact details, and any content they add to their site (bio, photos, listings, testimonials). When a visitor contacts an agent through a profile, we collect the name, contact details, and message they submit so we can pass the lead along to that agent.
We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) through analytics, and cached data from third-party services an agent connects to their profile, such as their MLS listings or Instagram posts.
How we use it
We use this information to operate agent profiles, verify license information against public state records, deliver leads to the agent a visitor contacted, and improve the site. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Who can see it
Profile information an agent chooses to publish (name, license, bio, listings, contact details) is public by design — that's the point of a profile page. Lead messages submitted through a profile are shared only with the agent that profile belongs to.
Third-party services
Depending on an agent's vertical and plan, a profile may pull data from MLS/IDX providers (for real estate listings) or Instagram (for social content). Those services have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
Your choices
Agents manage their own profile data through a private management link sent when the profile is created, and can update or remove their information at any time. To request removal of a profile or lead data you submitted, contact us using the details below.
